Summary: It's that time of year again – time for the Big E! The Division of Travel and Tourism Development (DTTD) will once again host the NH information booth in the NH Building at the Big E with the help of Granite State Ambassadors and other New Hampshire volunteers. Over 1 million visitors are expected to attend the 17-day event from September 18 – October 4, 2009. Visit www.nhgsa.com and click on Big E to learn more about the event.

Action Requested: Though all brochure space has been filled and the volunteer calendar is filling up fast, there is another way to be involved with our booth at this event... send us your pens (and other small giveaway items)! Last year, over 800,000 guests visited us in our building and they loved the small giveaways you provided that ranged from pens to wooden Old Man tokens. This led to many great conversations with families and their children.

Please contact Michele Cota (mcota@dred.state.nh.us) ASAP if you would like to send giveaway items for the booth as all items will need to be received by September 14. Quantities of 100-300 are suggested.
