It's that time of year again – time for the Big E! The Division of Travel and Tourism Development (DTTD) will once again host the NH information booth in the NH Building at the Big E with the help of Granite State Ambassadors and other New Hampshire volunteers. Over 1 million visitors are expected to attend the 17-day event from September 18 – October 4, 2009. Visit www.nhgsa.com and click on Big E to learn more about the event.

With about 800,000 visitors coming through the New Hampshire building alone, DTTD would like to provide you with an opportunity to have your brochures distributed for FREE! Hurry! Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis! Over the past several years, we have tracked usage patterns and preferences of our visitors. To help you determine whether the Big E makes sense for you, please click here to review suggested guidelines.

Do you participate in the Welcome/Information Center Program, and if so, who is your brochure distribution vendor?

You will be contacted once the above information has been received to inform you on whether space is available in your brochure category and then to provide you with quantity suggestions and further instructions. Do not mail your brochures before receiving instructions from Kaitlyn Schmidt. Some of you have already notified us that you would like to have your brochures at the Big E this year. If we contacted you to confirm participation, please disregard this email.

Please note: ONLY current brochures (brochures with content applicable to September 2009 or later) and brochures directly associated with the tourism industry will be allowed. All brochures that do not meet the requirements will be returned.
