Comments from those who can not attend the Debriefing

  • We had a good time and enjoyed working with all the other volunteers and staff there.  The whole event is so very well organized... Congratulations to all of you!!!  Marge/Ray Fraser
  •  I can’t think of one thing I’d change…well, maybe have the Big E and NH Building get a computer network that worked reliably and allowed the printer to be networked rather than directly connected.
Other than that, I can’t think of one thing that I’d change. The Desk and Crazy Corner worked fine. The brochure racks worked fine. The volunteers were friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The supervisors were great. The orientation materials were helpful and I felt better about being able to run to the bathroom and not feel guilty for leaving my post.
There was enough of pretty much everything except maybe the wooden coins which always seem to go fast. I appreciated the water in the back room. There was a wide variety of videos to play on the big screen. The discount at the NH Ag booth was helpful, I ate a lot of beef stew in a bread bowl and my wife liked their ice cream. OK, OK, I liked their ice cream, too.
The NH artists and performers were great, friendly and willing to talk about their art. I bought a bunch of soap from That Soap Guy and am currently enjoying their peppermint soap in the shower. I didn’t win millions in the NH Lotto. Andrea loved the large bag of NH Kettle Corn I brought home, as well as her furry mittens, furry slippers, furry socks (hmm, is there a trend here?) bought to ward off the winter chill. The binets were great, too.
Guests were able to find what they needed and 99.9% of them went on their way happy.
    Thank you for everything! Bob
  • Thoughts............as my Mom would always say  " Everything is under control"..........I thought everything was fine the previous years I volunteered..........have an enjoyable afternoon..........Marge
  • Our only comment is that our bosses were real slave driving ogres who have already ordered us to sign up for the same shifts next year!  Help!!!! Ed & Hanni G
